4th Pre-election monitoring report of the parliamentary elections

This fourth report includes monitoring results using the framework of the Promo-LEX Observation Mission (OM) of the pre-election period focusing on the period of 23 January – 5 February 2019 in the run-up to the parliamentary elections taking place on the 24 February 2019.
