Ahead of the parliamentary elections in Poland on 15 October, the European Platform for Democratic Elections (EPDE) together with their Polish member the Political Accountability Foundation will hold two online briefings. The briefings are targeted at interested experts, researchers, policymakers, and journalists who wish to learn more about the electoral process and the political landscape in Poland for these milestone elections.

The first online briefing on 3 October at 15:00 CET will cover the topic “The political landscape and election campaign” with Krzysztof Izdebski, lawyer, member of the Open Spending EU Coalition, and expert at the Stefan Batory Foundation.

The second online briefing will cover “The legal framework for Polish elections and referendum – what’s new?” on 5 October 15:00 CET. Our expert is Anna Frydrych-Depka PhD, electoral law expert at the Political Accountability Foundation (Odpowiedzialna Polityka) and assistant professor at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
