The session will present lessons from Moldova’s 2024–2025 elections and apply them to Armenia’s 2026 pre-election challenges. The discussion will focus on campaign finance and incentive-based voter outreach, countering electoral disinformation, and election-day resilience, offering practical takeaways for Armenian institutions and election observers.
