Norwegian Helsinki Committee – NHC

NHC was established in 1977. It is an independent human rights organization, which promotes respect for human rights both in Norway and internationally with a particular focus on the OSCE participating states.

Its work is achieved through monitoring and reporting, project cooperation, human rights education and observation of elections.
